me and my wife checked the room and it was a room with double bed and they looked like twin beds, we went back down and told her that my reservation was for a room with Queen bed, she tried to make us stay and us the room with the double beds even do I told her I was traveling with my wife and the beds where really small for me and my wife to sleep in together, after telling her several times that the it was not acceptable she changed our room to a room on the 5th floor room 511, the room shower was not clean it had hairs on the walls, the bed was hard and so are the pillows they felt like they are filled with hard old rags, and the bed was really hard, the room was cold and when we tried to use the heather, it did not work, me and my wife just agreed to not pay attention and to make the best of our trips, we dont like people going into our room even if we are not there so we always leave the do not disturbe sign on so service personal do not go into the room, they went into the room 2 times, when we told the receptionist they said well they go in to see if guest have not left the hotel with out checking out,our booking was for 5 days, we told the receptionist you guys have computers that let you know how many days the guest is booked for, on Saturday morning we went to check out and they tried to charge us a extra 130 drls, since he could not provide a reason for the charge I told him I was not going to pay and walk out and ask them to call Hotels.com for any disputes
