Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location close to the Principal Plaza. Walking distance to so many attractions. Wifi needs to be improved, but I would definitely stay again.

Great room view to the plaza. Beds were confortable, room was big and had a table and chairs to have a meal. Bathroom was big and plenty of hot water

me and my wife checked the room and it was a room with double bed and they looked like twin beds, we went back down and told her that my reservation was for a room with Queen bed, she tried to make us stay and us the room with the double beds even do I told her I was traveling with my wife and the beds where really small for me and my wife to sleep in together, after telling her several times that the it was not acceptable she changed our room to a room on the 5th floor room 511, the room shower was not clean it had hairs on the walls, the bed was hard and so are the pillows they felt like they are filled with hard old rags, and the bed was really hard, the room was cold and when we tried to use the heather, it did not work, me and my wife just agreed to not pay attention and to make the best of our trips, we dont like people going into our room even if we are not there so we always leave the do not disturbe sign on so service personal do not go into the room, they went into the room 2 times, when we told the receptionist they said well they go in to see if guest have not left the hotel with out checking out,our booking was for 5 days, we told the receptionist you guys have computers that let you know how many days the guest is booked for, on Saturday morning we went to check out and they tried to charge us a extra 130 drls, since he could not provide a reason for the charge I told him I was not going to pay and walk out and ask them to call Hotels.com for any disputes

Great place to stay for the price. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The building is past its prime so the AC isn’t the best but other than that, it is a budget friendly and clean place to stay.

Puntos a mejorar, limpieza en las camas.

El estacionamiento muy gandre y cumplio con mi espectativa, la habitacion dejo a desear la calidad y limpieza de la cama. La cama en plastico y por lo tanto hace ruido. La limpieza de la cama, los edredones manchados, mi hija no queria dormir ahi a pesar que le puse sus mantas en sima. Pero creo que es un punto de mejora. El deterioro en algunas cosas creo que es normal por ser un edificio en el centro de Leon y lo que significa estar ahi. En general le doy un 7 de 10.

El cuarto está bien y por lo que pagas, lo vale, el checkout era hasta las 3 PM, nunca había visto eso, el personal es amable, lo único malo es que a pesar de estar hasta el último piso, el ruido de la calle es notable, música y ruido de motos y automóviles.

Calificarlo como pésimo es poco, entiendo por qué te obligan apagar al reservar y no permiten cancelación, de haber llegado sin previo pago no me hospedó, a la llegada nos registramos y esperamos un lapso de 5 a 10 minutos a que llegara una segunda persona para que nos acompañará a la habitación, dicha persona llegó con una bolsa del Oxxo con cervezas, ya ni ganas de salir de la habitacion con esa primera impresión, la habitación grande pero feo no debería de valer más de $500.00 es un hotel viejo por dónde lo veas, descuidado, huele horrible, sin ventilación adecuada, el asensor da miedo de las condiciones en las que está, al encender la luz del baño se activa el aire acondicionado que suena como lavadora vieja, te ofrecen según el de cortesía, la verdad ni ganas de tomarlo, solo de ver el estado de las habitaciones da asquito imaginar la cocina
