This hotel is combination of different kinds of accomodations. Breakfast and dinner are served in castle type building. Rooms have had their best times many years ago. I would not stay again. Restaurant should change the chef.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse med ett fantastiskt läge och utsikt över vattnet, vilket verkligen höjde helhetsupplevelsen. Vi bokade även en trerättersmiddag. Förrätten och efterrätten var mycket välkomponerade och smakrika – verkligen på hög nivå. Tyvärr levde inte varmrätten upp till samma standard. Den upplevdes som alldeles för salt, och portionen var dessutom mycket liten, vilket drog ner helhetsintrycket av middagen. Frukosten var däremot mycket bra – fräsch, varierad och smakrik. En riktig höjdpunkt under vistelsen. Vi vill också lyfta personalen, som var mycket trevlig, professionell och tillmötesgående genom hela vår vistelse. Sammanfattningsvis en fin upplevelse med några förbättringsområden, framför allt vad gäller varmrätten.

Vänligt bemötande i reception. Rummet, långt ifrån vad bilden visar när du bokar rum. Äldre möbler och soffbord med glasskiva löst. Satte händerna på skivan och bordet välte direkt. Räddade glasskivan och bordet. Skruvar till bordsskiva saknas. Om det hade varit barn på rummet? Mat något dyrt i förhållande till vad du får. Frukost stänger tidigt och utcheckning likaså. Trevlig miljö och fint område.

Sängarna var bra, gulligt område men rummet i övrigt ganska dåligt, 70 tals standard med mörka möbler. Skräpigt och dåligt städat i bla.badrummet, löst höngande kontakter på väggarna, toasitsen hände löst. Hade uppskattat en sopborste till utemöblerna! Frukosten under all kritik, ljummet kaffe, kallt och segt bacon. Äggen och äggröran kalla! Verkar inte finnas någon kvalitetskontroll överhuvudtaget!

När det är ett evenemang som Diggiloo vore det ju fantastiskt om utcheckningen kunde vara senare än 10. På ett badlakan fanns det rosa,rött märke, troligtvis sminktester som ej gått bort i tvätten? Vi fick den sista frukost tiden, då önskar man att det skulle vara påfyllt bland grönsaker och pålägg, bestick. Miljön är fantastisk!

När tv;n inte funkade kom en personal inom 10 min o löste problemet. Trevliga omgivningar att promenera runt i. Gullig slottskatt. När man skulle gå från boendet till slottet för frukost fanns paraplyer på rummet att använda.
