Property was cute - a redone motel with a hipster style and vibe. Good breakfast offering and easy drive to Smith’s campus and downtown (but not walkable IMO). Bed was comfortable and all was clean. Main complaint was you could hear the upstairs room and people outside the door. Very little soundproofing. Would recommend a second floor room if at all possible for this reason. All in all a fine option, depending on your reason for visiting.

The lobby and breakfast area are very quaint, with large fireplace to keep you toasty in the morning! Room was quite spacious with two queen beds. A bit sparsely decorated, and maybe could use a larger rug, especially in winter time, but very comfortable beds.
