I got 2 rooms for 2 night's. My TV didnt work, when i went to the front desk she waant able to help me, i asked for maintenance she said they were not on duty, i asked for a manager was told the manager didnt work on site. So i sat in my room watching the tv buffer all night. The next morning when i left i asked if they wouid check the tv when they went in to clean they said yes no problem. Well when I returned that night ny room hadn't been touched. The bed wasnt made. My TV still didnt work, and i had no clean towels or wash cloths. My parents who were in the other room, went to the front desk to get more towels so that they couod shower were told that they were out ot towels. How does a hotel run out of towels?? So they also had to use the dirty towels sitting in the floor, that we thought wouid be replaced when they cleaned.
I e mailed the manager asking for a refund, when the manager reaponded she apologized and said i wouid see a $50 refund on my card. I wouid have been more content if she would have split the bill in half, because i did receive a service. But i will not book at a holiday inn again. I always thought you couldn't go wrong with abholiday inn, but i stand to be correct.
