Classifico no geral como boa a hospedagem e me hospedaria novamente com certeza, no entanto, aparentemente o estabelecimento apresenta algumas caractéristicas de desgastes. Torneira da pia do banheira apresentando vazamento , em algum momento elevador ficou sem funcionar , observei um hospede reclamando do ar condicionado. deu para perceber um mal cheiro de baratas. Detalhes , mas para quem é observador não passa despercebido .

Localização razoável, fica mais ou menos a mesma distância para o centro histórico para um lado e para outro, fica a Via Litorânea. Café da manhã muito barulhento e confuso. Fica cheio, sem reposição e sem limpeza de mesas usadas. Quarto grande, assim como o banheiro, esse aliás precisa melhorar muito a limpeza. Toalhas de péssima qualidade e velhas. Pelo preço que cobra, acredito que há opções melhores. Não ficaria novamente.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, cama boa e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, tomadas perto da cama, excelente. O atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar, apesar de muito solicitos a comunicação deles não é o forte. Café da manhã razoável com alimentos básicos e quartos precisando de manutenção urgente, da para ver que existem sinais de degradação grandes principalmente no banheiro, comprometendo as vezes o bom funcionamento de tudo. Um dos elevadores em minha estadia não estava funcionando, o que demandava bastante tempo para nos locomover para o terreo e café da manhã. Camareiras super gentis e prestativas, me auxiliaram prontamente em minha demanda! Recomendo para uma hospedagem rápida e se você busca um bom custo benefício.

Foi limpo somente uma vez, toalhas não foram trocadas , lixo e papel higiênico não houve reposição. Achei falho do terceiro dia em diante, mesmo deixando a plaquinha na porta. Meu quarto só não ficou sujo demais, porque tenho higiene.

Estávamos num grupo de 4 pessoas onde 2 ficaram no 2° andar e 2 no 7° andar. A recepção foi excelente, café da manhã muito bom também, a localização do hotel muito boa, chuveiro maravilhoso, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, mas infelizmente o cheiro dos quartos não é legal. O 2° andar tem cheiro de mofo e o quarto fo 7° andar apesar de estar limpo tinha um cheiro bastante desagradável! Também não tinham lençóis mais quentinhos.
