O hotel é até bom, mas o quarto estava imundo! Cheio de cabelos nojentos no banheiro e chão, pacote de bolacha embaixo da cama, não tinha nem um tapete no banheiro. Reclamei e uma moça veio e somente retirou parte dos cabelos. Não limparam o quadro entre um hóspede e outro. Na recepção fui atendida com desdem. Apesar disso a estrutura e localização do hotel surpreenderam positivamente. Bom café da manhã. Uma pena que falharam justamente no mais importante, higiene.

O quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo extremamente forte e insuportável. Para quem tem alergia ou rinite, passe longe desse hotel. Para piorar, a roupa de cama tinha uma coloração duvidosa e aspecto de suja. Pedimos para limparem o quarto e nos entregaram um lençol com um pingo de sangue. Durante a noite, tentamos pedir um cobertor pelo wpp da recepção (já que não havia nenhum no quarto), mas fomos completamente ignorados e passamos frio, dormindo apenas com o lençol que estava na cama. O café da manhã por foto é uma maravilha, mas na realidade é uma coisa de louco: tudo frio e o café é daquelas máquinas em que visivelmente não trocam o pó. A única coisa que salvou foram as frutas, e só. Para completar a falta de estrutura, fiquei hospedado no 7° andar e o botão do elevador parou de funcionar. Avisamos na recepção mais de 3 vezes e não resolveram só foram consertar depois de um dia e meio. Nesse período, para descer ou pegar o elevador, tínhamos que ir até a cobertura para conseguir descer para o 7° andar, ou éramos obrigados a descer no 6° andar e subir de escada. E o pior: nas escadas o cheiro de mofo era ainda mais forte e o ambiente completamente abafado, tinha que subir as escadas tampando o nariz com a blusa para conseguir respirar. No geral, os funcionários trabalham com a cara fechada o tempo todo, com exceção de uma moça que foi super solícita e cordial no nosso último dia. Já me hospedei em vários hotéis de rede e este é, disparado, o pior de todos. Não recomendo.

Ficamos apenas uma noite e o hotel atendeu perfeitamente. Quarto limpo, cama confortável e preço justo. Fizemos o city tour pela manhã, antes de seguir viagem para os Lençois, e eles conseguiram check out as 13 h o que nos ajudou a chegar mais tranquilamente do passeio. O café da manhã tem tudo para um desjejum de qualidade. Gostamos bastante.
