Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

O hotel é lindo, muito bem cuidado. Os jardins são perfeitos, frequento o hotel a muitos anos e ele só melhora com o passar do tempo. Passamos o pacote de páscoa em família no hotel e foi maravilhoso. Já temos mais alguns reservas para o resto do ano, Como sugestão de melhoria, o Wifi do quarto 2015 não funcionava bem, do quarto dos meus irmãos tb não funcionava ... em muitos momentos ficamos sem internet e isso é um problema quando precisamos trabalhar.

O hotel é muito bom, excelente estadia. O único porém é o uso dos elevadores. São poucos pelo volume de pessoas e o acesso a escada (que é apenas para emergência) é pouco visível e praticamente ninguém utiliza. No processo de checkout você pode ficar facilmente esperando 20 minutos para conseguir utilizar o elevador.

Filtro do ar condicionado sujo, tivemos que ligar na recepção para realizarem a limpeza, exaustor do banheiro sujo, quarto com banheira de categoria superior mas não oferece ao menos uma máquina de café expresso ou copos de vidro para beber uma água ou tomar um remédio, isolamento acústico das portas pessimo, se escuta tudo ao andar no corredor do prédio, demais atrativos do hote estava tudo dentro do esperado com qualidade e limpeza, mas o quarto deixou a desejar. Outro ponto se você busca um local para descansar esse não é o hotel ideal pois nas áreas comuns te música alta o dia todo e isso incomoda muito as crianças e a sua paz e sossego

Ganhamos um upgrade para o quarto com banheira, mas foi uma decepção, Quanto com cheiro ruim, fomos olhar o ar condicionado estava com filtro sujo, havia uma vaso com plástico solto em cima, falaram que tinham tirado as flores mas não limparam o vaso, exaustor do banheiro estava sujo, o quarto mesmo sendo de nível maior de preço , não possui sabonetes líquido somente os tradicionais de barra, não Possui uma nespresso ( padrão quem qualquer hotel de médio padrão) não possui copos de vidro para beber uma água ou remédio, simplesmente básico do básico. Sem falar do isolamento acústico entre os quartos, quando estava saindo do nosso quarto, dava de ouvir o barulho da água do chuveiro do quarto da frente e o casal sussurrando um com o outro, simplesmente deplorável, Reportamos nossa insatisfação para gerente da hospedagem.

Quarto limpo e bem confortável. Pouco contato com funcionários. O check in foi complicado, entregaram cartões desmagnetizaros e orientação zero pra achar o quarto, foi bem difícil, então ficamos uns 40 min entre recepção e achar o quarto, voltar pra recepção e por quarto de novo.
