I booked online and about 15 minutes later I show up to check in, everything was fine until I had to sign a form and I looked at the details and it stated a double queen but I booked a king online. I then asked and they told me that they haven’t had any kings since the morning, but when I booked online, it said they had five left, very disappointed and weird that they didn’t tell me that before I was about to sign that form. This place is a little outdated and overpriced. They placed $100 hold on your card and I stayed at the Hyatt downtown Denver, which was way nicer and they only held $50. They don’t even offer breakfast. Then getting ready to leave, It was around 1015 and housekeeping came by and was very rude to my husband And had a snarky attitude asking “well when do you want me to come back?” Well sweetheart we don’t have to check out until 11 so you can come back after 11. I was so irritated and that started my day off wrong. When checking out. I let Donna know (who was very nice and friendly) and she apologized. I hope that little girl has an attitude adjustment because that was uncalled for. I won’t be staying here again.
