The price was affordable, the staff were friendly, helpful.The pool was nice. There were barbecues and all the utensils that went with it. Close to the beach h and amenities. A little play set up for children. Quiet, comfertable.

Expedia overbooked people for the same date. It ended up working in our favour because we were transferred to one of the cabins on River Ave. It was much closer to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff were good...the pool area was very nice but the room was not good at all...microwave broken no amenities like coffee maker or kettle..TV was roku tv not good if you want live TV.... i dont recommend this place unless you are desperate.

I don't know why but i got the worst room on the property , should of asked to switch, there were bugs, prepared to sleep in my car, but property manager offered me a better room, and it was ok , it worked , was able to get a good night sleep after all.

Cancelled on us a week before our stay and did not provide compensation, then proceeded to offer two rooms to our friends who were looking for somewhere to stay after telling us they were fully booked.

i didnt use the pool. staff are not always around especiially when arriving to register, pay room. bad mattress has its own ribs. towels not soft old. first time to stay there. i was charged twice 3 day stay on my credit card..

Called the day before to get a 1pm check in. Arrived after 2 and room wasn't ready. I was told to come back in an hour. I went back after 4pm and the room was still not ready.

The bed we had was not a Queen only a double. It said double. The bed was falling apart. So uncomfortable. Chair was uncomfortable. Cracks in floor and on walls.

Owner provided the key for a room and left, later came to know it wasn't the room we booked. We had to call him and he took atleast 3 hours to get the things right. Terrible service, Bug in the room, Whole motel was not maintained properly. Motel Needs to work in its cleanliness. Too Expensive for this condition. I will not recomment this motel.

Holes in wall and door matress was bad conditions a paid to much for that room never going back. Carpet was seeing to have blood stain in it my wife hate it so we left very early in the morning

The shower was broken. The sink was broken. The toilet was broken. There was no hot water. It smelled like mould and bad smell smells in the room. Somebody was supposed to be there to help me. Nobody was there, but somebody just to hand me a key didn’t take no information nothing.

**1 Star** This was one of the worst motel experiences I've had. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed the main door lock was not functioning properly, which immediately raised safety concerns. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and it was obvious that cleanliness and maintenance had been neglected. The air conditioner appeared poorly maintained, and there was visible fungus inside the refrigerator. The bathroom door did not close or operate properly, making it inconvenient to use. Overall, the room was not clean and the property itself looked very old and poorly maintained. Considering the condition of the room, I don't believe it justifies the $122 per night price. In my opinion, it would be more reasonably priced around $30-$40 based on the quality provided. To make matters worse, someone was smoking what appeared to be marijuana directly outside my room, and the smell spread into the room. There was no visible staff intervention or effort to address the situation. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this motel to anyone.

When we arrived at Mozaik Motel, we were told that she couldn't find our reservation, there was no computer in front of her, and said they have been having issues with Expedia reservations and couldn't see it. We were redirected to their sister motel, Beach Club Motel, just across the street. The outside looks promising and nice. We paid the same as the price I was given on my reservation which I know was a cheap price but it's 5mins by car to where we will be going. And of course we used Expedia to save money and find a decent place to shower, get ready and sleep for the night. We were in a hurry when we checked in as I have to be at the event I was going to. We were given room 4, and once we got in, it smelled like smoke, like have been smoked in when it says no smoking on the mirror. We were also supposed to be booked on a single queen bed but was given double bed. The ac has wholes on every button and looked very old, it was in cool but it seemed like it was on fan. The bed was too short for my partner so he has an awful sleep. The exhaust in the bathroom was so loud, there's no separate switch for the light so you can't turn off the exhaust fan. The shower has a whole, the drain has no cover so if you drop an accessory, you won't be able to get and will just go down the drain, same with the sink. The tipping point was having one washcloth in our room when it's meant for 4 people. When we asked for more the next day, they gave us 1 and 1 kitchen cloth. Terrible night!
