The day check in, assistance and as well check out was excellent. Unfortunately the night crew I can say the same. While coming back from exploring night city I did ask the desk personnel (young woman and middle-aged man) about breakfast in my native czech language. They responded that I must be confused and probably in the wrong hotel. I switched to English language and display room card. They realized how bad they make me feeling trying use their language and profiled us as individuals they aren't welcome at their establishment. It was a hard pill to swallow. Well me and my companion decide not to affect our vacation and move on. Yes we decided to share it just so no one else has to go through same situation again. Appreciate Vic and Margarida

Very nice, clean and quiet apartment. We were only two nights there but it would be also good for longer stay. It was refreshing not to have make face to face contact with the stuff. It was a very nice and cozy stay, everything was clean, and the fact that they left you a fan is much appreciated, the place has an excellent location, very very close to everything, even the train station if you decide to take the airport express to the train station. My only small concern was when I contacted the property 48 to 36 hours before my arrival to ask if we could make an early check-in and they never answered me back.
