Although the hotel Is a little old, everything else makes it a perfect stay. The location, breakfast, lift, the pool in season, but most importantly the staff. It feels more like family. Nothing is too much trouble and I will definitely be returning again. Thank you 😊

Banyoda erkek kılları vardı temizlenmedi! Söylememe rağmen temizlemediler! Duştaki su ya kaynar ya buz gibiydi ayarlanabilir asla değildi! Kahvaltı demeye bin şahit olan bir kahvaltısı vardı. Ne yazık ki parasını haketmeyen bi işletme. Sadece konum olarak iyiydi. Sahile çok yakındı.

Over all I enjoyed my stay at the Kartal hotel and would stay there again if i return. The staff are friendly and the location is great not far from the beach and surrounded by good restaurants and at a great price. For the price the breakfast was a bonus but was quite basic but the outside seating and the pool area are excellent. The hotel is privately owned and has a family feel to it, i felt safe there and they were lovely people. The rooms are basic but a nice size but a winner for me was the balcony where you can hang your washed clothes the room also had a good fridge, the bathroom was very good as well. The rooms are not cleaned daily so your not getting clean towels everyday day but just ask if you need them no problem, i just hanged my towel on the balcony it was dried in 5 mins (i think its a waste of money cleaning them everyday anyway), the wifi was good and there was a table and chair that i could sit at when using my laptop. So at the end of the day its an excellent budget friendly hotel in a great location, you might not be living in luxury but your have more money to spend at the local restaurants which is a winner for me as Turkish food is fantastic...

I honestly would have rated it at a 4 or 5 because of the price and quality ratio BUT I asked if I can extend my stay and due to language barrier they told me to wait for someone to come and speak English (even if I was using translator to Turkish) and after 30 min of waiting they told me it's all booked out. I know it wasn't booked out when I came in the morning because they still had rooms free online. Only due to the staff making me wait for someone rather than taking care of the request more promptly, I was forced to look for something else. I understand it's not their fault of being booked out, but 30 min wait was not acceptable without at least holding a room for me until someone could come and extend me. In terms of other things, the hot water was a huge plus (lots of hotels in the area struggle with that), checkin was fast. Rooms were pretty outdated but looked clean although they definitely need to buy new towels. Breakfast was simple but great for the price of the rooms.

Caring and kind staff. Great value for the money.

I was only supposed to stay for 4 nights but I asked if I could stay 2 more nights because they took care of me so well. The lady owner took me to the local fruit and vegetable market one day, which is located right next to the hotel once a week. The hotel is not the most modern, but it has what you need, nice room with small balcony, fridge, shower, hair dryer. TV is admittedly small, but when you are in Antalya and live near the beach, you don't need to watch much TV. The breakfast is of the smaller kind, the most necessary is available. but as I said, for this price you can't count on more. If you can handle a somewhat limited breakfast, then this hotel is one of the best in town when it comes to helpfulness and value for money. Most of the people behind the reception are not good at English, but I think that's charming. The ”local feel” and the feeling of really being abroad is worth a lot. Solution for the language barrier? We used Google Translate a lot and it worked great! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Antalya. Probably this upcoming winter.

The view from the balcony was superb, the swimming pool was lovely and the style of the room was pleasant. However, the room itself was run down, the mattress and pillows were too firm and very uncomfortable. There were marks on the walls, a stain on the sheets, multiple stains on the towels and an occasional bad smell coming from the bathroom area. The most disappointing part was not being allowed to bring a guest back on only one night. If I'd have tried to do it every night and been unreasonable then I could've understood. But it was only one night, being a paying customer I'd have thought the hotel staff would have had the decency to allow it and not make my guest feel uncomfortable by mentioning an immediate extra payment. At the very least the man could've pulled me to the side in private the next day. Other than that the hotel staff were reasonably helpful but overall I am very disappointed in the hotel, particularly the extra guest issue.

너무나 저렴해서 걱정했는데, 호텔 너무 저렴해서 오히려 죄송했고 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 직원도 사장님도 너무나 친절했고, 깨끗했고, 뜨거운 물 잘 나왔고, 발코니까지 있었네요. 옆에 시끄러운 빠나 식당이 없어서 밤에도 조용했고 잘 잤구요. 아침 식사도 충분히 아주 좋았습니다. 정원 테이블도 있고, 수영장까지 있고. 모두에게 추천할만하네요!

Bunun yanında esyalar eskime mevcut ve tadilat gerekecektir. Bence kucuk rutuslarla hotel daha modern bir noktaya getirilebilir. Prizlerin değişimi, banyo dusakabin ve aksesuarları montajı vb. Konyaaltı plajına cok yakın ve konumu bence cok iyi. Fiyat performans olarak kısa süreli ziyaretler için bence uygun.

Für den günstigen Preis eine echte Empfehlung. Parkplätze gab es genug und das Meer ist nur 2 Querstraßen entfernt. An manchen Stellen könnte mal etwas ausgebessert werden, aber es war sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Wir konnten unser eigenes Essen auf der Hotelterrasse verzehren. Es gab ein kleines Geschäft nebenan für Getränke und einen kleinen Supermarkt 100m weiter. Der Pool war zwar noch nicht in Betrieb, sieht aber nett aus. Sehr freundliches Personal/Eigentümer.

Мне очень понравился отель.Тихо,спокойно.уютный,чистый дворик с фруктовыми деревьями по периметру,где можно посидеть в прохладе.есть бассейн в о дворе с шезлонгами.в полуденный зной я проводила там время.хозяин с семьей:замечательные,доброжелательные,всегда с улыбкой!!!рекомендовала всем друзьям и знакомым.всегда чисто!!!

Ganz OK

Hotel und Zimmer waren ganz OK. Einrichtung etwas veraltet und definitiv alles andere als Luxus. Zum duschen und schlafen hat es aber allemal gereicht. Frühstück ist mit inbegriffen, ich jedoch habe es weder genutzt noch die Auswahl des Frühstücks begutachtet, da ich lieber ausgeschlafen habe. Frühstück geht von 8-10uhr. Zimmer war bei Ankunft gereinigt aber alles andere als sauber. Fliesen im Badezimmer waren sehr dreckig und im Nachttisch neben dem Bett waren Speisereste und Lebensmittel verpackungen. Auf den Hinweis das das Zimmer bitte gereinigt werden soll wurde dies auch schnell erledigt. Ansonsten war alles ganz ok. Während meines Aufenthaltes von 14 Tagen wurde zwei mal vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen obwohl ausdrücklich darum gebeten wurde. Personal gibt sich viel Mühe Fehler schnellst möglich auszubessern obwohl dies auch von vornherein vermieden werden könnte. Wer nur auf der Suche nach günstigen Schlafplatz und einem Ort zum duschen ist, ist hiermit sehr gut beraten. Allen anderen würde ich raten sich was anderes zu suchen.
