Clean room, excellent staff. Food was excellent also. One advise: need to put larger TVs in the room. The distance from the bed to the TV makes it difficult to watch, and I believe those are the original TV's since I stayed there a few years ago and they're the same ones.

What a find in Chitre. Our stay was amazing as it provided some much needed rest and relaxation on our 3 week self-tour of Panama. Room & bed were very comfortable. Great location with ample parking. Well designed hotel with great outdoor pool. Amazing employees were helpful, patient (with our attempts at Spanish), and made our stay enjoyable.

The lack of an elevator could be an issue for anyone with mobility challenges, so requesting a main-floor room is essential in such cases. The rooms are basic, offering nothing particularly special, and unfortunately, the fridge in our room didn’t work during our stay. The on-site restaurant is average, adequate for convenience but not memorable. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, especially if you value friendly service and a safe environment.

It was my first time in Cubitá. I arrived at 11pm and the first room that we got assigned, the AC didn’t cool. They change my room and it was perfect. Breakfast is not more than bread and eggs. If you breakfast with chicken and beef, then you are cover. They a pool and a supermarket. Water pressure in the room is awesome. I totally recommend staying in this hotel with your family.

We stayed three nights in 3104. Not a great place to stay. Parking was fine. Hotel staff okay. Room was average at best. Safe combo didn’t work. Requested assistance but they couldn’t get it to work. Hot water was luke warm at best. The sink drain is held in place with a piece of wire. Not very appealing and obviously doesn’t function as it should.
