The staff here is absolutely lovely. Friendly and happy to try and fix issues and take care of ice, extra towels, hair driers, etc. Never did I feel like an inconvenience. But we did have two issues.... We had upgraded our room through the Hotels.com app and they didn't have any record of that. So we paid for a bigger room, and didn't get a bigger room. It wasn't worth the hassle because it was just a $10/night difference. Then, at the end of the stay, instead of being charged the price of our hotels.com agreement (with some perked discounts), we were charged the original price of the hotel. ($287 vs $640) Again, they were fast to fix it and very kind about it. But just if you're booking through a third party, know that they just moved over to Best Western so I think there are some hiccups there.
