For the price, it's a good option. Right across the street from a small mall with a supermarket and several dining options. The pros: Nice to have a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony. Area was safe. Easy to get around. Not too far from Nairobi CBD. The cons: Like much of Africa, if you squint, things look OK. But if you look more closely, you find peeling paint, broken fixtures, a broken window pane. And no hot shower. Warm is the best you get. Breakfast was supposed to be included but I found out the restaurant has been shut down. All in all, it was a decent place to stay.
