Lovely hotel on the picturesque island of Ruegen

Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather. Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. The Rasender Roland steam railway station is about 15 minutes walk away uphill but there is also a funicular railway. This railway was the main reason for my visit. The station restaurant is very good for meals. I had a day out in Binz which has plenty of shops and nice walks along the beach, also a larger REWE supermarket.

Alt i alt okay med nogenlunde central belliggenhed i byen men P-plads er lille. Reception var ubesat ved ankomsten, det viser sig at manden stod og røg ude på parkeringspladsen, så mig ankomme og blev overrasket da jeg stod og ventede længe i receptionen. Den lille ringeklokke på disken havde ingen effekt. Samme ved afrejse, da stod jeg igen og ventede hvor damen var ude i køkkenet. OBS indcheckning kun fra 16-18.00

Trevligt och fräscht hotell. Nära affärer och restauranger men ändå tyst. Fina balkonger men tyvärr är rökning tillåten på dessa vilket inte är trevligt när man sover för öppet fönster. Bra med parkeringsmöjligheter.

Bra ställe, kommer man sent finns parkering på systerhotellet 6 min bort. Modernt, rent. Lite hård säng, men så var det på de flesta ställen i Tyskland. Fin frukost, trevlig atmosfär. Nära till strand, restauranger och centrum. Vid ankomst var det svårt att kommunicera på engelska, men funkade.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Göhren an der Ostsee

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Alles war sauber und hygienisch. Bei dem Frühstücksbuffet hatte man reichlich Auswahl. Was wir nicht so gut fanden, war die Parksituation. Es wurde aber ganz gut gelöst, dass man bei einem anderen Hotel parken kann, allerdings musste man da ein paar Meter laufen (was für uns nicht schlimm war). 10€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz fanden wir persönlich auch zu viel. Den Parkplatz bekommt man bei anderen Hotels inklusive. Das wäre super, wenn sich das hier auch ändern würde, da es jetzt auch kein besonders schöner Parkplatz war, sondern ein Schotterparkplatz. Rundum wurden wir aber nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel war auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Im Großen und Ganzen würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Preisangebot von Expedia stimmte nicht mit der Hotelrechnung überein. Das noch Kurtaxe zu zahlen ist, das war klar, aber darüber hinaus nicht zusätzliche ca.34€ war beim Auschecken eine Überraschung. Dieses war bei der Buchung über Expedia nicht ersichtlich leider.

Das Hotel ist echt schön und das Frühstück hervorragend! Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und hatte einen Balkon. Leider war ich mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden. In den Ecken waren verstaubte Spinnenweben, überall kleine schwarze Haare (selbst auf der Bettwäsche). Auch nach der Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht mal schnell durchgesaugt, obwohl es echt nötig gewesen wäre.
