If you are not expecting the Ritz but want affordable, clean and comfortable accommodation this fits the bill. Right in the heart of the city, with two excellent restaurants attached, it suited us perfectly. The staff were helpful (particularly when the automated check-in wanted to charge us again - our only grumble!). Comfort, not luxury, and not too many frills but absolutely adequate, and we would certainly return.

Booked a small double - room was ok, fairly spacious for what we had booked. Good bathroom, nice seat and desk area. Had no shelves, but did have hangers and hooks to hang things up. Bed was comfy, we were on top floor so the sloped roof over the bed made it hard to navigate the space We did find the room a little dusty, and by our last night had sore throats from being in the room but also didn’t flag this to staff at the time as it was late at night, so they may have been able to move us if we had flagged! There were some marks on the walls that looked like drips, we think from cleaning supplies! Both minor issues that we didn’t flag at the property as it wasn’t enough for us to want to move room. Property is in a great location, and not noisy at all considering the central location. Had a great kitchen area with coffee machine, and disposable cups/plates/cutlery.

Location is great! Nice and close to the station to get in and out of the city. Plenty of buses around too, however it’s also within walking distance to landmarks like the opera house and royal palace. Staff were super friendly, however you can go your entire stay without interacting with staff as my check in and check out were self service. I only dealt with staff as I had questions and they were very accommodating with me. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a nice hot shower and heated floors. My only gripe is my room was facing the street and the windows don’t seem block out the sound of cars driving over snow and ice which was quite loud. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix

Rooms and hallways louder than outside. People were yelling, laughing, shouting constantly. The bath towel shed worse than a golden retriever. I had white fiber all over my body and hair that i couldn't get off. Never experienced anything like it before... check in was very simple. Oh also, no TVs in the rooms fyi. Location is aamzing. That's all. Been at 1/3 price motels in the middle of nowhere that's better than this place.

Cheap, clean, centrally located. Not for everyone. No staff in sight, no check-in desk, just you and a machine. Clientel varies. Surprisingly well kept and maintained. The room door had marks from a supposed burglary attempt and was very hard to lock.
