I've been the second time there and it was such a great holiday again. If you're looking for some relaxing days with a wide open and empty beach, then this is the perfect location. Breakfast is very good as well and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely not be my last time there.

Resort and service was incredible. Area of the whole island where the resort was located was beautiful including the beach. You can go to Nha Trang by speed boat 24/7 by speedboat and by cable car (until 11pm).

We had a great family vacation here. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms villa. The staffs were attentive and on time when we needed a lift. Variety of dining options. Would recommend to friends and family. We would come back for a longer stay in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent for families with the options of 3 amazing pools and beautiful beach. The property is safe not a lot to do on the island itself apart from vinwonders and going to the harbour area. Most shops are vacant though I understand this is because it’s a relatively new harbour precinct. Cable car and speeedboat access was fantastic. Italian restaurant on the property was wonderful exceptional pizza and pasta. Other restaurant disappointing. Buffet breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed cocktails by the pool. Overall a great holiday - much better value than Fiji or Hawaii!

Awful experience

Beds are too small. I got additional charged for my 4 years old when they clearly states children under 4 are free. But when i asked they said because my child is 4 years and 3 months old like what??? This place is too crowded. The foods and drinks are outrageous expensive.

Too busy for us, never again.

It was a very busy crowded place. We were allocated the most isolated villa on the hilltop, had to call for a shuttle bus each time. The 2 buffet at the main hotel was pretty poor quality and extremely busy. When we complained about the buffet restaurants we were directed to try Oceana. It was surprisingly exceptional Italian food, I usually never order western food in Asia as it always dissapoint, however it tasted authentic. When the chef came out from the kitchen, I realised it was an Italian chef running the restaurant. The VinWonders waterpark was ok, no big queues. However would be better if there were staff manning the beach, we witnessed some very unhygienic behaviours at the waterpark, like spitting and vomiting on the beach, covered up with sand by guest rather than cleaning it up. Complained to managerial staff, about unhygienic behaviours and barging into queues at buffet or shuttle bus, was simply told they cannot control the behaviour of guests.

기대에 미치지 못해 아쉬웠던 빈펄

5박 동안 하루도 제대로 된 객실청소는 없었으며 어떤 날은 타월이나 생수를 가져다 주지 않기도 했습니다. 청소는 타월교체, 생수, 침대정리, 쓰레기통 비우기 딱 4가지만 해줍니다. 날이 갈수록 바닥 여기저기 먼지와 머리카락이 나뒹굴고, 샤워실의 머리카락은 한번도 청소하지 않아 마지막날에는 배수가 어려웠습니다. 조식 중 화재경보가 10분 이상 크게 울렸으나 제대로 된 설명도 없었고 빠른 조치도 이루어지지 않았으며, 불안하여 안내 직원에게 언제 해결되는지 물으니 자기와는 상관없다는 반응을 보였습니다. 직원들의 대응은 여러모로 5성 리조트로서는 많이 아쉬운 빈펄이었습니다.

노후된 느낌이 많이 들었고 환전서비스도 매일 가면 돈없다고 안된다고하고 버기로 움직여야하는데 사람도 너무 많고 오래기다려야해서 너무 불편했어요 빈원더스때문에 3박했는데 딱 1박정도만하고 가는게 적당할듯요 조식도 그닥 먹을게없어요 특히 수영장. 바닷가 진짜 사람많고 별로에요 할게 너무 없는 느낌. . .

First time in Vietnam and VinPearl, great staff, we had our own pool, transport always easy to get. free cable car made it easy to explore the mainland. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- awesome with the view over the bay. Love it.

I feel that the common room could use some more decor, for it looked a bit empty. The private pool was clean and big which we used it everyday. Vinpearl is located on an island away from downtown but transportation to and from was very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful. The only two things that needs improvement is room service and manicure/pedicure service. Room service took a while and food is not great. Manicure didn't turn out good. I feel like being a resort, you would have more experienced technicians. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay.

My room was not clean and still cover with dust and new paint smell! Not worth for my trip as I have no choice to move for 4 bedrooms but no front ocean as my original 3 bedroom booking

가족여행으로 방문 했어요 생각했던것 보다 너무 실망이었습니다 단점 1. 화장실에 너무 불쾌한 냄새 2. 방안에 벌레 사체 많음(이해가능) 2. 정전 이슈 발생 3. 조식 너무 정신 없고 먹을 만한게 없음 4. 체크인 시 숙소 내 식음료 20% 할인된다 안내 받았고 나중에 보려고 체크인 내용 사진까지 찍었는데 저녁 먹고나니 해당안된다고 장점 1. 메인풀과 해변이 가까워서 너무 좋음 2. 아이와 함께 보트와 케이블카를 맘 껏 탈 수 있어 장점 3. 자연 친화적
