Weeks stay in July 2016

The hotel is well located with magnificent views of the sea. The pool is clean and well maintained, there is also a garden area overlooking the sea. The family who run it and the staff are friendly and helpful. They work hard to provide a relaxing place to stay, and the guests I asked were happy with the level of service provided. The room facilities are basic, but clean with air conditioning provided. The internet connection was excellent and overall I think it is a good location to stay for those who want quick access to the beach (a short stroll) and also a good selection of restaurants. However, it is not the quietest of places, with live music being performed at one of the clubs down the hill on a number of nights I stayed until late. Also beware of non inclusive breakfast, as this caught me out. There are many places to rent cars and bikes, along with a good bus service. So, all in all, a good base to explore Western Crete.

A place with a heart-would love to come back

It was a one night stay but the hosts were extremely hospitable.we reached around 10:30am in the morning and it was past the breakfast time-we were travelling with kids as well.they allowed us to help ourselves to the continental breakfast till much past the time. We had to leave by 7:10 am the next morning as we were doing a tour- the host made it a point to make us all cooked breakfast by 6:45 am.there were freshly cut fruits and salads as well.the breakfast time was 8:30am onwards which was clearly mentioned. She wouldn't have us leave without breakfast.we are overwhelmed!

Flot udsigt over bugten fra dejlig terrasse.
