Every time I book I always request a pet friendly room on the main floor. I get the pet friendly but I don’t get the room on the main floor. I figured this is because they get to charge me additional costs for the dogs but not for the accessible room. I explain about mobility issues and this last stay at the Hotel I had to assertively make sure I was placed in a ground level room.

The only slight problem was that the bed covers were fairly light - could suggest that there be an extra blanket in a closet, but I'm sure if I had asked I would have been given one :) Other than that, and the one night where someone blared music too loud :) It was great!

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially this last visit. My husband accidently dropped a glass bottle outside our room, and it was cleaned up almost instantly. Would recommend!
