The room was relatively clean, However, the back of the building where I parked was a mess and there were several people 'living" in hotel rooms in the back and the hotel had a very seedy vibe too. The Staff was fine. The rest of the inside of the hotel was clean, but having squatters living in several of the back hotel rooms and them not maintaining the outside of their rooms was not good. if I was a women traveling alone, I would not have felt safe. Clean up the back.

Clean and nicely updated rooms. Staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The game room was in full order, unlike other hotels we've stayed at. Bathrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Other reviews said there was a language barrier, we did not experience this. yes the owners have an accent, but all staff spoke very good English.

No frills, basic accommodations. The family that runs this franchise is friendly and accessible whenever you need them. Not the most modern hotel and things are worn, but no complainsts for the price. It's clean, comfortable and quiet.

Fair price for a clean room.

It was just right for what we needed at the time- a place to sleep and get ready while visiting an ill relative in town. The room was clean- nothing fancy. It appeared that the pool was open, however, we didn't utilize it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodations because it fulfilled our need for something inexpensive yet safe and clean. We would stay there again if we return to Waupaca.

The property could be updated. But in saying that, the staff were very nice, the room was comfortable but needed to be swept. It might not be important to others, but to me it is the comfortable pillows, and they were comfortable and so were the beds.The pool was very nice and quiet. Was once again disappointed that there hot was down. 3rd time staying here that was not working. A big reason why i booked here so i could enjoy sitting in hot tub after my 12 hr shifts at the job. Everything else was pretty good. Found out 1 side of bed was more comfortable then the other.

Easy to locate when getting off highway. The pool was great indoors. The TV picture was dark unable to see and Toilet was not secure to the floor it moved side to side in use. The first night requesed repairs for both items didn't happen clerk wouldn't give any amount off the room during the 2 day stay for the inconvenience.

The property was nice. I thought someone could have picked up the broken part of the sign laying in the lawn. It must have been there a while as the grass was groing up around it. Also, the bleach smell from the pool was very strong. As a pool owner I know that you have to shock the pool and we figured it was just shocked. No big deal. We did enjoy the quiet of the facility and the staff were great.

The critical parts of the room were clean enough- bed sheets, towels, sink, shower. The facility is old and run down and it shows. Our room was on the indoor pool courtyard. No window facing out.
