La ubicación del resort es hermosa, puedes caminar, hacer actividades acuáticas, considero que tiene un precio justo. Lo que no me pareció para nada, es que el restaurante no está abierto siempre, todo lo que comimos, tuvo que ser de las tiendas cercanas, porque el restaurante no estaba abierto, ni para la cena ni para el desayuno.

Staff was exceptional. I took my 81 year old Mom who did not do well overnight. I checked out early the next morning. The staff cancelled my second night with no charge. This was incredibly kind. I would stay here again gladly

We only stayed one night as we were essentially passing through but the golf course and mini golf looked like they might be fun for those that are interested in those activities. The resort looked so nice, my wife and I wished we had time ti stay longer.

The rooms were fresh and clean upon arrival. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of boats available to rent, Italian restaurant had great food and service, and the immaculate golf course is beautifully set among the trees. Not far from Pittsburgh yet in the serene mountains of West Virginia, you feel a world away. Very relaxing. We are already planning our return!

The place was pristine, so clean, and quiet! Outside of the place shutting down with nothing to do after 9pm, the water was lovely, clean and so clear! We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful resort. The staff are very friendly and are helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Loved the private balcony to every room. The rooms were priced nice for the time I made my reservation. The restaurant was a little over priced and the food was bland. And it would be nice for more things for families to do so they wouldn't have to go 20-30 minutes down the mountain every time .

First time staying here and it was wonderful. The view was gorgeous, rooms were very cozy, comfortable, and clean. They do offer free breakfast which we missed but overall, a nice change of scenery coming from the busy fast paced city. We’d definitely stay there again!

There have been many updates and improvement in this resort. Maid service might need a little improvement, but for the most part it was very good. Also, the restaurant prices are much too high for the area. I know it is a different company that operates the restaurant, but they seriously need to reduce their prices.

The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. The front closes at 9pm. We got a lot of “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure.” With almost everything we asked about, could not tell us about where the beach area was, what band was playing in their boat house. The first night our television did not work and continued til the next day which they moved us and comp us. Internet connection was poor but we were there to relax. The firepitt was very nice. The housekeeper Aimee was very helpful! But it was a okay clean place. Just need some adjustments and communication with staff.

No front desk staff at night…. We got locked in the pool area, told it closed at 2300. We had to use the emergency exit (which didn’t alarm). Not a lot left for breakfast for the “normal folk” not there for the golf tournament…

We stayed during the offseason and had a great experience overall. Check-in was quick and easy, and we felt very safe throughout our stay — the security gate was a nice added touch. It was definitely a bargain for the price. While we were a little disappointed that the pool was closed, the room and bathtub were very clean, and the fresh paint gave it a nice touch even though it’s an older property. The beds were amazingly comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were very tidy and clean when we arrived so that was a plus. I would say my two real gripes would be that the staff were all very clueless of anything on the property. The two young ladies at the front desk, while very friendly, could not tell you where the pickleball courts were or even how to get to the beach. Also, the mini golf course was probably the least maintained of all that we had experienced while we were there. So unmaintained that one was closed from rotting wood and it felt like you were going to fall through a few more of the raised mini golf courses. I would say this, if you’re not a golfer, I would look into other resorts because lodging is tight in the middle of the golf course.

Nice hotel in the mountains.Beautiful lake and golf course.Room was comfortable ans clean.They are doing work on the decks outside the rooms.
