The staff were very friendly and helpful during check in. Unfortunately the fan in my room was hanging by it's cables which felt unsafe above the bed, the shower had almost no water pressure and the water was cold. When I came to sleep in the evening the hotel was locked and no staff were there, on top of this the phone number provided doesn't work. I had to find alternative accomodation for the night and come backt I collect my bags the next day. So I paid for two extra taxis and another place to stay, not satisfied at all.
There's also no toiletries provided, a small bottle of water and some shower gel would be nice for people who are just arriving/ departing the airport.
I have stayed in several hotels in KTM and many more around the world and my expectations are not particularly high, but this room was poor and for the same price you can stay at comparable places within the city with better amenities and service
