Weather food entertainment and hotel staff were first class. Crazy amount of food choices and could eat 24/7 as somewhere always open hotel sent messages about activities everyday staff were attentive and very helpful room was amazing worth every extra penny also restaurant and bar right beside swim up rooms so didnt have to walk far hotel is massive private beach was amazing also will definitely be back so sad to be home

Nous avons été absolument ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait. Le design et la décoration des chambres étaient élégants et soignés, et les repas étaient délicieux. L’attention, la gentillesse et l’hospitalité du personnel étaient tout simplement exceptionnelles. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Madame Zeliha pour son attention, sa sincérité et sa bienveillance, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Grâce à elle, nous nous sommes sentis vraiment privilégiés. C’est un hôtel magnifique où chaque détail est pensé avec soin, que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Nous serions ravis d’y revenir très prochainement !

Hotellet var fint og med super sødt personale. Maden smagte godt men var meget det samme hele ugen. Faciliteter var fine. Desværre var der rigtigt mange russere på hotellet som fyldte meget.

Eine in die Jahre gekommene Luxusanlage. Leider nicht überall sauber. Ansonsten top Anlage mit mehreren Pools und nah am mehr. Leider nicht gut im Schuss. Essen mittelmäßig. Personal super nett und zuvorkommend.

All the hotel staff really care about you. Customer service was always interested in us if we needed anything. The internet connection is perfect. The food is delicious and the room service does its job very well. The pools are clean and the beach was very enjoyable. We want to go back next year. I would like to thank all the hotel staff.

We received a very nice, spacious room with an amazing view. Check-in was quick, and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing. Sometimes, only one of the two beds was made, and at times, the room was barely cleaned. The hotel is nice, but the issue lies with the staff. Everyone seems tired, and as a guest, you can feel the negative atmosphere among them (snack bar) mostly). The food could be better for a 5-star hotel. The beach is nice, and the animation was okay. Overall, we enjoyed the holiday.

The AC wasn’t working ,it was too humid in the room.the room was very small and tight room, it was a terrible experience.I was glad we were only there for one night. The rooms were smelling awful. Old structure. Dark corridors. Lights not working Breakfast was acceptable. Night snacks were just ok Not very fresh. Overall- certainly Not a 5 star experience We moved to starlight resort. Just 5 minutes from This place. And the difference is tremendous. And easily noticeable. Please downgrade the rating of this property!

stayed at Selectum Family Comfort Hotel in Manavgat from April 1 to April 4, and what happened on the last night completely ruined our stay and left me with physical pain and emotional distress. On the night of April 3 (after midnight, so technically April 4), I had a serious incident inside the hotel. Instead of receiving proper care or any meaningful support from hotel management, I was simply told not to call the police. Can you imagine? A guest injured and the priority is to protect the hotel’s reputation, not the person’s well-being. After returning to Antalya, the pain worsened. I ended up needing an MRI, a doctor’s report, and medical treatment, which I now have all documented. What’s worse is that the hotel didn’t even follow up or show any concern after the incident. Zero accountability. I have witnesses, including other guests and my children, and I’m pursuing this through legal channels with my lawyer. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and should never treat any guest the way I was treated. If you care about your health, safety, and being treated like a human being – do NOT book this hotel.

First when we arrived their check in time is supposedly at 2pm however we had to wait until 3.20pm to get our room. As an excuse for the late check in we were told that we are Expedia customers and are getting some special gifts that’s why it’s taking longer then the regular check in time. However we did not get any gifts when we were in our room. Then we found an expired beer in our fridge which was expired in April 2024. Since we did not drink we simply advised the staff about it and did not care further. Nonetheless it left a bitter feeling since the thought kept coming to my mind if they are serving expired beer in the fridge how the quality of their food will be. Afterwords we need to advise the staff literally 3 times to fix the air conditioning since it was not working and we had 40 degrees Celsius. We were also advices twice that the sofa bed will be made soon. When we returned to our room at 10.45pm it was still not made. So we called reception and told them that our son would like to sleep. The food is very basic and repetitive. Aquapark is nice however closes from 12-2pm which is peak time in the heat. There are 4 a la cart dinner restaurants however only one is included in the All Inclusive program, if you want to visit more then one then you would have to pay which is the first time I’ve experienced from over 25 resorts I’ve visited do far. Overall be very mindful when choosing this resort!

Desagradable experiencia debido a que durante 2 hs nos negaron la reserva alegando que Hoteles.com no tenía contrato con ellos y que era Fake. Nos perdimos ese día de playa y la discusión llegó a un punto de mucha agresión por parte del gerente y el manager del Hotel. Finalmente reconocieron el error pero al día siguiente, nos robaron 150 euros y no sabemos qué más de nuestra habitación. Desagradable experiencia la de estar en un all inclusive y tener miedo de que te roben en la habitación. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Ni Hoteles.com se hizo cargo del día que perdimos y los nervios que pasamos ni el Hotel se hizo cargo de los 150 euros que nos robaron.
