-Hotel was in a good location
-Did pre-check-in online (as offered by hotel earlier in the day by Text msg & email)
-Arrived at hotel, and had to re-do everything I did in the pre-checkin online. Which made the pre-checkin a waste of my time.
-Room Keys did not work, had to go get them re-programmed
-WIFI did not work, went to front desk, Agent claimed it was working, I told him to check again, and he said oh. I guess its not... So he did something on computer, and said there its fixed. Nope not fixed. Or the WIFI & internet was just crap? I did a speedtest, less than 1MB. So All the work i needed to get done on my laptop, I could not do.
-Next morning, I just checked out early and went across street to MCD to use there WIFI, which worked perfectly.
-For Me having reliable WIFI is Extremely Important, as Im staying for Business. I will not return to this hotel in the future because of this.
