I love the location- though my gps through me off for about 15 minutes. It’s the center of everything to get to other places in town quickly. Suggestions of where to eat were awesome and rated by others who stayed. I’ll be back on my next visit. Friendly front desk at all times.

The rooms are very large and well stocked with a full small kitchen. . The bathrooms are excellant. My king size bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was waffles, eggs, sausages, hot cereal, assorted juices, assorted bagels, muffins and muffins. The breakfast is terrific. The rooms are a little dated but completely acceptable. This is a great stay for persons visiting Froedert Hospital.

Amenities were good. Poor layout of hotel itself. Pool was cold and beds are hard. Bathroom in room was nice and breakfast was great. Very disappointed in one of the 3 rooms that had been booked for our group was canceled just prior to us arriving. Not sure how that happens when it was booked 3 months ago. Poor customer service to correct the situation…

If going to the ballpark this is your hotel

Nice hotel, convenient and pleasant. Stayed here for a concert at the baseball park. Check in was quick and easy. After getting to our room I was sent a message asking if everything was ok. Pool and outdoor seating was very nice. Only disappointment was breakfast. Not much to choose from but I’ve seen the same thing at other hotels since Covid. I would definitely recommend this hot and we will stay again.

Today, my son and I had a disappointing experience during our visit to the hotel swimming pool. We were excited to enjoy some time swimming, upon arrival, we noticed there were no towels available on the shelves. Before we got in the pool, I approached the front desk and spoke with a female agent about our need for towels. She kindly assured me that they would be brought to the pool shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting and still no towels, my son, who was already wet, offered to go back to the front desk to follow up on our request. I appreciate that he took the initiative, but it was frustrating for both of us to have chase after something so simple. When he finally received the towels and returned to the pool. I felt quite disappointed with how the situation was handled. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom in our hotel room wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. Dust was collected near the upper walls, and the vent was quite dusty as well. I recorded a video to bring this to the attention of the front desk manager before we left, as I believe it is important for the hotel to be aware of these issues. Overall, our experience during this stay did not meet our expectations, and I truly hope the hotel can improve its customer service and housekeeping to ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable visit.

Overall the experience was good but when leaving. This is weather specific in they need to improve who does the snow plowing, salting of the area outside of the property. The handicap area was not shoveled or cleared off even though it had not snowed since very early morning. We checked out at 12 noon and nothing had been salted or shoveled in the handicap area. It is difficult to push through the snow while using wheelchair or a walker and then have to worry that you may fell because it was so slippery. They should have hired people who shovel the sidewalks and areas around the handicap parking. Ensure that it has been salted especially after the snow has stopped for hours and the sun is out.

Awful hotel for the money.

We chose this hotel based on the high ratings posted on Hotels.com. However, when we arrived we noticed several stains on the carpet (which also had a hole in it). We also found many strands of hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn't cleaned properly. (disgusting!). The bar was not open for some reason-- staff did not provide an explanation. The hallways were a complete mess as well. For the price charged, we would recommend NOT staying at this hotel.
