Comfortable bed, good shower pressure and hot water. The TV was small,and the lighting was not great, pillows with plastic were horrible, but luckily there were a couple without the plastic. The staff seem helpful enough if you ask? No plates or knives, and you wouldn’t want to walk on the dirty carpet without something on your feet, that’s for sure! Overall we had a decent sleep and hot shower. And peaceful surroundings.

The carpets are full of mould and thread bare. Tap fittings unsecured. Wntire property dirty. Littered gardens with rubbish. Drug waste. No reception. Driveway a joke. Windows, glass doors filthy. Doors badly fitting. No sound proofing.

Overall the stay was fine. Amenities, rooms, communal areas and car park was all great. The check-in was difficult due to the front desk being unmanned and a technical issue caused us to be unable to enter for more than an hour after we initially booked the room

After a long day travelling it was disappointing for the money we paid. No support people onsite is terrible for visitors who wanted to know where to go for dinner. Our room was 2 stories up stairs with no lift. Our room was next to a pub which was noisy and played music to 12am. So could not get to sleep Until after midnight and we had to leave at 6am. The drinking glass provided in the room was filthy, needs washing thoroughly. Pillows had hard plastic covers under the pillowslips so very noisy everytime you moved your head. The smell in the room is of musty and made me want to vomit. The room was clean but carpet and chair were badly stained, so it felt very unclean. They need to lift their game and give people value for what they paid. They have lost a customer here!

Convenient, safe, walkable, parking. The Fridge needed attention (defrosting) water in bottom Facilities - cutlery and crockery could be improved. When we needed help with no TV Remote , it was quickly solved and caretaker helpful.

Every time I have stayed with Tudor the only problem I have had is trouble getting all channels on the television last night stay I could only get abc and channel 10 and could not search for the other channels through the menu because you needed a password

There was poop on the bedding, dried white liquid on multiple places on the fabric bed base, grub on the walls and one bed didn't have a sheet for between the uncovered (dirty) doona and the person.

As soon as we arrived we were dissatisfied as parking was limited & no assigned spots it was whoever arrived first got a spot then upon entering the building we were confronted with a dank musty smell of wet carpets.. our room was up 3 flights of stairs & on every floor there was laundry bags still outside the rooms an hour after check in time ie: 3pm We then opened the door to our room & it stunk of cigarettes & mould.. we found cigarette butts on the landing outside & sheets weren't changed they still had previous creases in them.. there was no cups in the room but had tea n coffee & no one on the premises to help we booked 2 nights spent first nite with fans on n doors open because of the smell & left the next morning & demanded a refund but haven't received it yet after 2 days... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely dreadful! The smell was unreal in common areas, had to air our room on arrival. Sheet did not cover the mattress and the shower was that filthy we could not use it. Tried to find alternative accomodation but nothing else available at short notice. Would not recommend this place at all and I think Wotif should remove it from their listings.
