Very nice check-in person. Good parking. Nearby restaurants. Short drive to just about anything you need. Clean room. I like hotels that have curved shower curtain rods to give more room for bigger folks. Good value. Wish it had breakfast or breakfast snacks, but we knew that when we booked.

My bestie and I spent one night for a best friend’s getaway and it was perfect! Affordable and in a great location to walk to the shops and such in Brookings.

There was a coffee stain on the floor near the front door; we had been driving all day and were tired, so we didn’t call the front desk. Clean sheets, toilet, and tub otherwise. Road noise was louder than I expected. Front desk staff were very warm and welcoming.

Rich who staffed the check-in desk was super helpful in explaining the areas, places to go and eat. The room was nice, parking very convenient. Would stay again!

The staff were great! They were professional, kind, and helpful. The motel is conveniently located and easily accessible. The building is old and in serious need of renovation.

This place was clean. The desk staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to add a couple hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes while showering.

Rooms very clean. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows.

This is a great motel. Easy access, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The one thing that we would comment negatively about is the very short toilets. They are very low to the ground, for those that are tall or have knee concerns this can cause some challenges. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

The bed was nice, but the room had a musty, damp smell.

The staff was super helpful, as I booked the wrong night with Expedia. He helped us get it corrected. The room was very clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Never stayed in Brookings, but we were tired and decided this was the spot. Chose this motel it turned out to be a good choice. Nice guy working the desk and he made dining recommendations. We took his advice and had a really good Mexican dinner. Not a fancy place but clean and pretty quiet and were able to park our car really close to our room.

Property was rather " hap- hazard "...but reasonably clean. Room was do- able, as was bathroom. Nothing notable,in neither service nor staff .....the latter being mostly absent.

Really pleasant stay! Rich at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly and helpful with local recommendations! Lots of parking available and good central location in town. Room was good. Only “issue” was my toilet was constantly running. If I’m ever in Brookings again, I would stay again!
