I had a late check in, so i wasn't able to see much of the property. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. When i exited the next morning, I was greeted by a stunning view of the Hamptons back bays at sunrise. The grounds by the bay were peaceful and beautiful.. my only regret was that I couldn't stay any longer to enjoy the property or its amenities. I would gladly return.

Our room hand sand on the floor and the mats from the previous guest. The TV was also broken as if someone threw an object at it. The TV would turn itself on and off at random times.
