Shower was inoperable. Bathroom floor had dried urine all over it, as well as the side of the tub, and all down the toilet. Room carpet had debris and garbage all over it. The desk and the dresser tops had what looked like either pizza sauce or dried blood. The hot tub was inoperable. The pool had ice water from the roof leaking into it and was freezing cold and un swimmable. The bed sheets were stained and smelled like body odour as well as every single towel and face cloth.. Over all horrible experience. And i was charged full price when everyone else that i spoke to recieved 50 percent off their stay from our hockey team. There was no maintenance or housekeeping there and we were told our rooms would not recieve any attention during our two night stay. The front desk handed out gloves and cleaner to moms on our team to clean their own rooms upon our check in. Now i have a charge of 250, and the pending room charge of another 250 still on my credit card. Extremley unhappy and will NOT be using hotels.com until this is addressed.
