This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating stay. A €10 fee is charged for arrivals after 22:00, yet this is not disclosed anywhere in the listing, even though reception hours are advertised as 07:00–23:00. This feels misleading and unacceptable.
The room itself was completely inadequate. Heating had been shut off as of May 15 “to save money,” despite nighttime temperatures dropping to 7°C, making the room uncomfortably cold. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available at all, so basic necessities like showering were not possible.
When we raised these issues at checkout, a repair technician suddenly managed to turn the hot water back on, which only highlights that this could have been resolved earlier. Despite the clear inconvenience and poor conditions, staff refused to offer any form of compensation.
Overall, this stay showed a clear lack of transparency, basic maintenance, and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
