Amazing hotel but would not recommend as service needs to be improved. The hotel itself is beautiful, views are amazing, pool area was great, restaurant food & breakfast was delicious.
However, service is dismal. There's no daily housekeeping and in the 4 days we were there, we didn't get any fresh towels or bedding. When asking for a towel to take down to the pool, you are only permitted one. After lunch, your plates & cups are left out on the table for hours afterwards. There weren't enough sunbeds / parasols by the pool and there was lots of building work going on by the pool which disturbed the environment. There's no tea and coffee in the room. You have to go and ask for more toilet paper (after being left with 1 roll for 4 days). Massimo (the general manager) treats most requests as if they're disturbing his day and a lot of effort.
However, Carol and Anna who work on reception and the restaurant are amazing! If they fixed the service, this could be an absolutely amazing hotel!
