There is only one guy in the lobby (tall Indian guy) who is service minded. Girls seemed to be deaf and mute. You will never hear a good morning, hello, welcome.. they even avoid eye contact with customers going by the Lobby. I didn’t feel welcome because of that attitude. They were busy with their phones. Rooms are tiny. Air con right over your neck. No remote to control it, just a panel so if you want to change the temperature in the middle of the night.. very uncomfortable. Breakfast definitely not suitable for European standards. I will not come back to this hotel again.
Cleaning staff did a great job, and they actually said hello when meeting them in the corridors.
