Overall, we had a good holiday and felt that the hotel offered decent value for money.
The reception staff were one of the highlights of our stay. They were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with various requests.
The room, however, was disappointing in some respects. It was not as clean as we would have expected, and we experienced ongoing problems with ants. While the hotel staff were aware of the issue, they were not really able to provide a lasting solution. In the end, we managed the situation ourselves by only eating and having snacks on the balcony and making sure no food was left open in the room.
The pool area worked well and was generally enjoyable. There were also plenty of activities organized by the entertainment team throughout the day, which added to the holiday experience. The shuttle service to Palma was reliable and convenient as well.
One area that could definitely be improved is the breakfast beverage setup. It often felt chaotic, with juice machines and drink stations arranged differently. In addition, the juices were not chilled. Warm apple juice in the morning is not particularly appealing and did not meet our expectations.
Despite these shortcomings, we still enjoyed our stay. The hotel delivers a solid holiday experience and represents good value for the price. In our opinion, it is a fair 4-star hotel, but it does not reach a higher rating.
