I had the written hotels.com confirmation and the receipt from American Express that said “Madison Beach hotel “for over $600. Despite all that I was refused entry by the manager due to being booked full., who showed not the slightest bit of empathy sympathy or customer service and just let me walk out the door without a hotel room for the July 4 holiday weekend and I’m a Hilton honors customer. But nobody offered to call Hilton nearby so I wouldn’t be homelessMy God, how are they still in business??
