The room is very clean. But yesterday when my sister check in at 9:15 p.m, the receptionist asked my sister to pay 500Baht for the deposits which she paid. When my sister asked for a receipt, she just don't know the answers and kept saying some words which we didn't understand . Then she was seaching her notes and after 10 minutes, finally she wrote a recipe. When we asked for a copy, she just said something we didn't understand. We spent more than 15 minutes waiting for the receipt. The hotel should have a receptionist who can speak English and understands English. She should know the procedure how to issue a receipt.
