Roundal room was very clean and spacious. Booking in easy, staff welcoming. Evening meals, starters, main (steak and chicken & ham pie) all delicious 😋 both large meals. Staff in bar and restaurant very friendly and knowledgeable about menu. Great night's sleep, then to breakfast, good variety to choose from, we went for full english and mushroom omelette (best omelette I've had for a longtime), really enjoyed.

We stayed in room 3, the round walls and bed were superb. Great choice of teas on the welcome tray. Freestanding lions feet bath, pressure low for the shower but another lovely feature. We had dinner and breakfast, good selection and large portions.

Friendly staff and clean room. Good night sleep. The outdoor furniture in the beer garden needs some maintenance or replacement.

Generally very good, Very tasty evening meal , nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Only problem was the en-suite! The shower only produced a trickle of water and the sealer around the bath was dirty and needed to be renewed.

Friendly staff, lovely location and oast house part of building had great character. Tasty dinner and breakfast. Mattress was worn out and offered no support. Bathroom would benefit from an extractor fan - bath sealant moldy. Hardly any water pressure at shower head. Could do with refresh.

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Chapel Down vineyard. When I called to ask for help with taxis and bringing a cake for my Dad's birthday the team were very helpful and friendly

A pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant two night stay in a lovely roundel room. The restaurant food was good and service friendly and attentive. The location is pretty and only a few minutes drive from Rye. I'm sure we will return.
