My cousin and I attended the Pineywoods Jamboree and decided to stay in the hotel overnight rather than driving back home late in the night. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for two senior ladies. We were treated royally, the breakfast was wonderful and we highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay, just stop over taking grandkids back home after their visit. Only negative comments- pool water didn’t look very clean and location is not convenient for restaurants. Everything was nice and clean and all staff very friendly and polite

The staff was great. The renovations are good. The only problem my head was the air conditioner was very noisy other than that great place great location.

Having to drive hours to Lufkin to work early in the morning means I like a nice breakfast and this place never disappoints. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the rooms are well maintained and constantly cleaned.

The room is nice and clean but when booking through Hotels.com it inadvertently booked the wrong date and I did not catch it until it processed. I called the hotel and tried to find out how to fix the error and was told that the manager would call me. I rebooked directly with the hotel and paid (again) for the correct night. I was able to talk to The GM who was amazing. Worked through the problem and is helping me get my refund. Also, the staff took special care of my husband’s insulin to make sure it stayed refrigerated during the room change.
