The staff was very attentive and helpful. Did not appreciatethe service fees applied to your bills for services. Have found that customers usually leave tips better than service fees. Really question as to who gets the money. The lobby most of the time smell like sewer. The swimming area smell like Sewer. The buffet food was cold. There was only three lounger chairs at the swimming pool. And they were not in the sun for sunbathing. The hot tub was cold always. The airport shuttle was punctual. Free breakfast was appreciated but cold. The staff was very friendly and was happy to try to take care of your needs. All in all we enjoyed our stay there except for those problems that need to be taken care of. it was a good bang for the bucks. And it would be nice to have cocktails on the premises. The swim up bar was never open while we were there.

The front desk was amazing, they were prompt and friendly despite my quick requests (due to an unforeseen circumstance) The hotel offers a lot of amenities, and it takes a while to get used to the floor plan, but i think it adds charm to the place.
