Our stay was good. Nothing to complain about. It is a perfect place to stay if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep and shower. It was quiet and the people were nice who checked us in and out. There is a Starbucks and a Sizzler very close:)

The price was right and the room was adequate for a quick night's stay off of the interstate. The room had a comfortable, homey feel with sufficient air conditioning. The bed was a little harder & the water temperature of the shower was a little cooler than I like, but I was still able to sleep okay and wash-up before heading out. An gem, Emerald.

This is a bit of a time machine. The decor is from an earlier time, but it is in very good condition. The room I had was accessible for wheelchairs and had a very comfortable king-size bed. I gathered that the hotel is owned and operated by a really nice couple and I recommend this place for any weekend trips from L.A. or S.B. to "the river".

One of the men who ran yhe place was rude, no staff went in to check on our room for fresh towels to toiletries, the room was clean but it smelled like moldy food. I had to buy a bottle of fabreeze and the AC would not stay on. Unless i reset it, it would go off after 10 minutes and wouldnt go back on on its own for hours. Also no phone in the room too call front desk if we had any problems. Either then that my atay was quiet.
