We had two stays at this hotel interrupted by a tour in the Mekong delta. For both stays we book a bonard junior suite. For the first stay we got a room on the second floor where the view from the balcony was straight in to a scooter car park, you could not see anything else. There was only a shower on the balcony which had quite low water pressure and not very hot water and there was a bathtub inside the room, but no shower or bathtub in the bathroom. The walls seemed very thin, as we could hear the neighbors television in the late evening. This room was ok but not great.
For our second stay we mentioned to the staff that we wanted a room with a shower inside the bathroom and we got a room on the sixth floor, with a view over the rooftops from the balcony and an outdoor shower with better water pressure and hot water. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and the room was spacious and nice, and more quiet.
The hotel breakfast was quite ordinary, nothing special, but there are a lot of places nearby the hotel where you can eat great breakfast.
The rooftop pool was great, but had few sun-beds, so we experienced a few times in the afternoon that they were all occupied.
The spa was great, tried manicure and pedicure which was great.
Overall a nice stay which was better in the sixth floor compared to the second. The wifi was not great.
