I have been a customer for a long time in several cities in Mexico, this is the first time they left me in the lobby until it was time to check in, but I saw that other people arrived and were given rooms instantly. I understand we had four rooms, but we only needed one to change clothes, with people with disabilities. The rooms were perfect, as always. The lobby needs more attention at midday

4 stars because they had an issue with the keying system so each time we had to enter the room a member of staff had to let us in because the key cards couldn't be programmed besides that it was as enjoyable as all the other stays we have had there
