Dès la réception ce fut une catastrophe. Aucune aide pour le transport des bagages dans cet hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles. Le réceptionniste me demande de choisir l’heure du petit déjeuner avec 2 créneaux horaires 7h-8h ou 8h-9h je lui indique 8h-9h et là il me dit que ce n’est pas possible. ????. Il m’annonce que la wifi ne fonctionne pas à l’hôtel et il me demande de payer ma chambre alors que j’ai déjà payé en ligne. Aucune attention aux clients et pas capable de lire correctement la fiche client. Arrivée dans la chambre il se dégage une odeur, les lits sont durs. Rien n’a été dans cet hôtel qui n’est loin d’être un 4 étoiles. Il faut revoir votre copie.

<良かった点> ・ロビースタッフ、レストランスタッフの対応が良く、好印象でした。 ・レストラン会場にトレーを乗せるカートがあって助かった。 <気になった点> ・部屋が下水臭かった…元は古い施設なので仕方ないですが💦 ・部屋の水を入れるボトルが濡れてる状態で準備されててこれは？前のまま？洗ったのか？と気になった。 ・スタッフさんによるかもしれないですが、23時にお風呂が終わりますが、休憩スペースの椅子に座ってたら何も声かけられず電気を消された。 ・朝、お風呂の休憩スペースのドリンクサービスがない。 ・ロビー横のお土産屋さんが、チェックアウトの時間帯にやってない。 ・通常ラウンジ、エグゼクティブラウンジの差がそこまでなく、せめて次の日の朝もエグゼクティブの方は開けた方が、それを選ぶメリットがある。 ・連泊してる人がいる場合は、チェックアウト後からチェックインの時間帯までは、ホテルで何もできないので外で過ごすしかない？ ・夜お風呂で吐いた子の場所が、掃除しているとは思いますが、次の日の朝もそのまま養生されてて、ちゃんと掃除してるのかな？と思った。
