Low grade experience

Eco friendly because there's nothing there. No full size towels, no coffee. One narrow entry point on a one way highway. Bathroom light switch was part of the receptacle and not marked. Loud neighbors at night. WIFI ONLY 1BAR. Kept dropping out. Sink so close to the toilet, kept hitting my head on it getting off the toilet. For the $$ a real sh-T show.

Well being that the red carpet I got to move towels.com with Clara and everything they didn't accept it so I had to drain my bank account to pay the bill they wouldn't accept the card it was right on the computer but it wouldn't take you should do something about this cuz you cost me over $100 you going to pay me back now horrible horrible horrible customer service

This is a last minute choice hotel. It’s ok but that’s it. No refrigerator, no microwave, no top lock on the door. Shower is a cubbyhole literally. Bathroom supper small no room. The shower you literally step inside a square and it’s dark. I don’t think I will stay here again!

We were only there for one night. This is a nice motel. The area is clean, it’s a nice sized little room for a night stay. It’s a little dark in the room with the curtains closed, as there’s only two wall lights with softer bulbs. The beds are a little squishy, and the blankets have a few holes here and there. But for a place to stay, it does exactly what it’s supposed to. And the staff are friendly too!

Horrible I would prefer paying more to stay elsewh

No refrigerator no microwave, room had flies, bedsheets dirty had stains with cigarettes holes, bathroom horrible, especially shower area, light very dim in bathroom, they only have 1 very dim light at the sink so you basically shower in the dark, and shower area extremely tiny , I can barely move and I am only 100 pounds , it’s kind of creepy in the shower, I just wanted to get out as quickly as possible, lights are extremely dim in the room as well, I couldn’t do my makeup or hair, couldn’t see anything just want to get out as quickly as possible.

Not a good experience

I have a tendency to give higher than usual ratings for hotels/motels and restaurants. I recognize that hotels have been struggling since COVID. With that in mind, here are the positives and negatives. Positive: The young man who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The outside of the motel is clean. I like the courtyard feel of the motel. It's on a busy street, but inside the room is quiet. The sheets were clean and crisp. Good water pressure. Negative: I asked for a King non-smoking room. My room had an ashtray and smelled strongly of smoke. I kept the door open for several hours to air it out. The chairs are heavily stained and filthy. The bed would pop up off it's front legs when you sat at the head of the bed to plug in your phone. The mattress had some serious sagging. The bathroom was my main concern. I had to turn sideways to get between the edge of the shower stall and sink edge. There is ZERO room to maneuver in the bathroom. Water smelled like fish. I will not be returning to this motel.

The hotel is good for the price. The room was clean and the service was okay. Of course, you won't expect luxuries at this price. Parking is right in front of room which is very convenient.

Let me tell you something if you don't give me my money back I'm going to sue you from here to ever you are so f****** done but my lawyer gets done with you your buildings will be knocked to the f****** ground you have f****** bed bugs and I mean your infested bad real f****** bed and guess what I want my f****** money back okay I checked in there at f****** 9:00 at night and I f****** checked out right away okay they wouldn't let me they wouldn't give me my f****** money back they put me in another room Worship in the f****** first one you f****** pig I got f****** pictures that are definitely getting posted soon as I get done with this review you little piece of s*** you f****** Indian f*** you and your whole f****** family I want my f****** money back and you better get it to me yesterday alright I wanted it back f****** yesterday give me my motherfuking money I want my f****** money back I want my f****** $80 back you f****** take they put me in another room and was worse than the first one I'm telling you the pictures are going on like right now you m*********** near me give me my f****** money back now

J’avais réservé une nuit et lorsque je suis arrivé j’ai annulé ma nuit. La chambre était répugnante, couvre lit déchirer, lit en angle, odeur à vomir. C’est inacceptable de proposer ce genre de chambre à qui qu’en ce soit. Cet hôtel devrait être démoli.
