I noticed few days before departure my mistake to booked single room because I planned travel with my wife. I contacted the hotel and explained the situation,I received the answer that I have to pay 100€ extra. I checked the following days reservation for Josephine hotel in hotel.com, single room room and double the fee would be the same, I requested to get answer what this 100€ is for, I have never received any written answer. When I came to hotel, counter staff told me to pay 100€ extra, or if hotel.com could change the booking from single to double room in the system, they would return the money what I paid,. I called hotel.com and staff was very helpful and willing to sold the problem. He called the hotel, but reply from the hotel was they have replayed and said the only way for the solution is contact hotel.com to change reservation. I have never received any messages concerning to concat hotel.com before I arrived the hotel, This was total lie. The bad lucky for me on my arrived day the hotel was fully booked and hotel.com could not reserve any rooms in the system. So I paid extra for nothing and staff was dishonest.
