The hotel lobby makes a good impression but the room was very disappointing. The most baffling thing was that there were no power outlets near the bed. We had to charge out phones on the counter near the door. Booked a double bed but was given two single beds joined together. This left a very uncomfortable seam down the centre of the bed. The room had a Japanese style coffee table with two seating cushions. There is no other options for seating. No chair, table, sofa etc. The breakfast buffet is okay with many options. The location is good for exploring sun moon lake and parking was included although the parking lot is a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel itself.
For the price, and given the luxurious manner the lobby is presented, we expected a lot more.
