Room was clean & we had a superior room so mini bar and robes was included. Reception staff could have made us aware that the guest entrance to the spa was not open so that we wasn’t walking around public areas in our robes, & then we were told the spa was full even though we had checked before leaving our room. Spa was lovely once inside relaxing and staff were friendly. Casino had a great atmosphere as did the high line bar .
