The room was clean. The signs out front say Eastern Inn so we thought we had the wrong place. Quite a few steps if you have an issue with them. Nice balcony but needs a view.

Overall, not a terrible stay. The room itself was clean and perfectly usable the tub drain / plug was broken but we weren't planning on taking any baths so we didn't necessarily need it. It was a very very bare minimum kind of place. One tiny like 1 oz shampoo and one little bar of soap and one tiny 1 oz hand and face lotion. Beds were not very comfortable but were certainly serviceable sheets were clean. Pillows were clean. A lot of noise in the corridors. Nothing was carpeted so noise did travel and bounce around quite a lot. Essentially, a bare Bones place certainly works for the budget minded No frills needed place to stay, Even if it was a bit run down and landscaping wasn't beautiful.

Stayed here multiple times. This past stay I was in a room I hadn’t stayed in before. It had 2 refrigerators, one didn’t work and the other one was dirty to the point I didn’t want to put anything in it. There was a grease smudge on the bedside table from the previous person that wasn’t cleaned up. Room was otherwise comfortable. My past stays have been better and I will still stay here when in the area though due to the price and convenience.

Was a decent place to sleep for the night. Nothing special. The tv wasn’t working but the guy at the desk was attentive and got it working. Shower was nice and everything was clean.

Friendly enough front desk. The issue was that the room had a terrible musty odor that was ubiquitous. We left the window open and fan on, in hopes of taming the smell. Unfortunately, even after s few hours gone to attend a wedding, the condition was the same. We ended up making the drive back home instead of spending the night but I'm happy Hotels.com made money!!

The room was clean. The door did not actually close tightly so you could hear everything, loud people in the hallway, barking dog. Basic amenities, no coffee pot. No hooks to hang anything. Housekeeping was rude and refused to give extra towels. Also, it is Not a 6 minute walk to the canal unless you are willing to walk over the Bourne Bridge, but the park, which is wonderful, was a short 3 minute drive. Make sure you have google maps to find places (supermarkets, stores) as the front desk was not very helpful. It's a basic inn that seems to cater more to local workers than vacationers.

The bed had so many stains, there was a brown streak in the bathtub, the toilet paper was basically empty when arrived, the lock on the door was tough, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the AC turned off in the middle of the night. It didn’t look like the place had been cleaned before we checked in at all and my brother told me that he seen insects in the muffins.

The room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We told the front desk but they said they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. We then saw that the sheets had dirt and hair on them and the mattress pad had blood stains. Again we told them and they did come to change the sheets and they were still somewhat dirty. Unfortunately there were no other hotels available that night and we had to stay. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. No tissues. No conditioner, no coffee maker. No cups to make your own tea in the microwave. Towels were great. There was a commercial coffee maker near the lobby. You had to move 2 bikes and construction material to get to it. But nothing was prepared. It was quiet

The entire building is in need of an overhaul. Tiles on floors in hallway were coming up , rugs are filthy. In the room,the bed was ok and clean. The a/c worked good . The towels were old and stained , the lampshade had all stains on it . There was no pole in closet to hang anything on. They painted over badly chipped and damaged woodwork like the doorframes If I wasn’t so tired I might have walked out . I would never stay there again !!! Although The young girl who checked us in was very nice! We stayed 1 night and left early in the morning .

Thin walls ….slamming heavy heavy doors after midnight went on for hours….. out Of code dangerous steps. AC kicks in and off with a loud bang! This owner is just asking for a law suit. Overflowing trash in bin outside… overpriced for what it is.

Absolutely disgusting- the smell hit me when I walked up the front desk. Entire second floor reeked of skunked beer and cigarettes, dirty floors, dead bugs at the corners of the bed, CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE PILLOWS. Stains on the bedspread, stains in the tub, scuffs and stains on the toilet seat, the list goes on and on. I’m not a snob by any means and I’ve stayed in plenty of roadside motels, but this was over the top. It was beyond clear the room was cleaned completely half assed and the sheets weren’t changed. The bathroom smelled of the previous guests. My wife and I picked our bags up and left within 10 minutes.
