Eusbett Hotel is a nice hotel and a good place to stay. My one issue with the hotel is that the mosquito net was not properly installed, which meant that I was bitten during the night. I sleep with the window open and did not check the mosquito net.

Very clean and modern rooms. They have everything in the hotel, you wouldn’t need to leave. Staff is very professional

Air conditioner went off during the first night and couldn't be repaired and we had to move into another room. The elevator didn't work either, so all the time we had to climb up stairs to our room which was on the third floor. Maintenance didn't seem in a position to fix this during our entire stay (3 days). Showerhead was faulty (room 2311).

This trip, my husband and I have 3 or more issues. No water twice, then slow running water and the bathroom floor was flooded more than twice. Yes, I did contact housekeeping and the thing that really upset me was, when housekeeping had the nerve to ask me, "Do you want me to bring you a bucket of water!" Like what is that especially, when I paid almost $2000 for this stay. I was really upset at this time. When I come to t this hotel, I always stay for 2 or more weeks. Not sure the next time.

Camere da un 2 stelle reale . Prezzo altissimo confronto alla qualità. Essendoci poca concorrenza rimane forse il meglio in città.

An enirely excellent experience

The entire stay and experience was excellent. The ambience, food, spacious room, attentive personnel, housekeeping personnel, proximity to airport and courtesy vehicle to and from airport - all created an excellent experience. My only hiccup was the cashier in the main dining room on Friday evening meal.

I enjoyed my stay had an excellent time. The staff were warm and friendly and the room was always clean and well kept. I would have liked the opportunity to visit some places of interest but there were no tours available.

My aircondition was working. My room's walls were very dirty but I was in the cheaper room. When the walls are dirty it makes you wonder if the bedding is clean too, however it smelled okay and looked okay. I think next time I will not go to the Junior room and see how the bigger rooms are.

Great food and great service

Front desk and dining are exceptionally good. But room was lacking. Poor lighting and its size very small. But diningroom service and food exceptional.

Clean with friendly, hard working staff. The food was also very tasty. We really like the new hotel extension because even though the rooms are small they are modern. The only problem was how badly constructed our first room was. Staff finally had to move us to a new room. They were kind and courteous

Hotel is nice but needs updating, air conditioners weren't working in some rooms and TV/Dstv not working

They confirmed my reservation, but the room would be full, so I couldn't stay at this facility. Hotels.com staff, kindly help me by calling hotels, then proceeded with free cancellation.
