Spacious apartment
The accommodation had a really spacious room but the hot water wasn't working. I was advised it would be flowing soon as it was electric but it didnt happen. We were offered another apartment but as we only had 2 nights and had unpacked didn't bother but used the second to shower. This should have been checked before we checked in. The main swimming pool was also empty of water and not being used which was a shame as it was a better size that the second one. Other than that it was a nice place to stay!

Lovely pool.Quiet setting and within easy walk down into town. But....... property is very tired and needs some major refurbs. Basic equipment for self catering is needed. New bedding and towels is essential. Room had only two working bulbs. Could go on but I think this gives you an idea of concerns

Beautiful location but in need of repair/cleaning
Villa Lycian is in need of mold clean up in the bathrooms. The air conditioner in the master bedroom did not work properly. Many things needed cleaning or repair. Broken shower door glass. Burnt out light bulbs. Doors don't open properly. One outside door that could not be locked. Just to name a few things.

Ужасные апартаменты
Это самые плохие апартаменты в которых я была. Половина света не работает,в некоторых местах нет лампочек. Душ-отдельная история-не успел помыться за 5 минут -холодная вода. Вода переливается из поддона и сам душ льется в разные стороны(из лейки). Матрас на кровати старый-чувствуется каждая пружина. Набор посуды оставляет желать лучшего(фото есть,но не сфотографировала чашки и тарелки которые все со сколами). И главное ОТСУТСТВУЮТ ПОЛОТЕНЦА!Такое я вижу впервые и это за 3500-4000 ночь. Персонал не приветливый несколько раз спросили про бронь которую я показывала что отель оплачен. В общем по возможности не бронируйте эти апартаменты!

Wir kommen nicht wieder.
Für das Geld haben wir schon bessere Apartments gehabt. Check-Out laut Buchung 12:00 Uhr....Hotel sagte erst 10:00 Uhr, wir konnten uns dann auf 11:30 Uhr einigen. Muss ich nicht haben solche sinnlosen Verhandlungen vor Ort. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Отличные Апартаменты в Калкане
Апартаменты большие, удобные. Бассейн и виды очень впечатлили. Мы жили на 1 этаже, вместо балкона - выход к бассейну, удобно! Правда, был еще маленький балкон в тыльную сторону дома. На кухне все работало, но не хватало средства для мытья и губки для посуды. Телевизор и стиральная машина были, но мы не пользовались. Никаких принадлежностей для ванной не было, туалетную бумагу просили, выдали. Но по большому счету, все отлично! По городку приятно погулять, есть супермаркеты и кафе-ресторанчики, цены недешевые. Городской пляж не очень и вода холодная, зато в округе много интересных мест, куда можно съездить на машине. И после жаркого дня так приятно нырнуть в бассейн!

2 gece kaş kalkan bölgesinde bu evde konakladık.Villaya gittiğimizde sahibi songül hanım karşıladı yorumlarda iyi dendiği halde bize karşı her konuda çok kabaydı.Gittiğimizde bilgisayarları olmadığı için rezervasyonumuza bakmadılar bizimde telefonumuzdan silinmişti sert bir dille açmamız gerektiğini söyledi.Sonra bizi villamıza götürdü konum olarak güzeldi ama temizlik çok kötüydü geleceğimizden haberleri olmadığı için eskiden temizlenmiş odayı vermişlerdi.Odalar da toz çoktu yerdeki mermerlerde kıl tüy vardı.Aşağı kattaki banyosunda ilk kaldığımız gece 2 tane hamamböceği vardı.Yataklar çok rahatsızdı.Havuz ortaktı geceleri temizliği yapılıyordu sorun yoktu.Ayrıca işimiz çıktığı için 1 gece erken çıkmak istedik ve çok kaba bir şekilde reddedildik,özel hayatımıza müdahale edildi.Sonuç olarak 1 gece daha kalmak zorunda kaldık.
