O prédio é antigo e mais ou menos conservado. Porém quarto e banheiros são bem limpos e café da manhã razoável mas bom. A cama é boa e roupa de cama estavam limpos. Fui passar a semana a trabalho e atendeu bem minhas expectativas pelo preço pago. Para quem vai a trabalho eu recomendo. Não recomendo para quem vai passear ou com família, pois pelo menos para meu gosto prefiro um local mais arrumado e sofisticado.
