If the walls could talk in this place who knows what it would tell us about the past. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the original rooms. Beautifully decorated, comfortable,clean and quiet. Exceptionally nice staff which told us the history of the Inn. I look forward to returning and having brunch with them on a Sunday.

Only stay here if you are a history buff. Do not stay on an upper floor during the summer. The cooling is terrible because of the age of the building. It was clean and quiet. Picture is deceptive because the bar and restaurant are not open.

What a unique inn!!!! It was very comfortable and the staff was wonderful to the point where the woman at the front desk walked me to my room, pointed out various things in the room as well as, when I went down to dinner, gave me a tour of the various dining rooms. I will definitely stay at the Wayside Inn again.
